WELCOME TO MY BLOG!

To start out, let's go back a few months...

My husband had been dealing with random symptoms and ailments for years - juvenile arthritis, stomach problems since a child, sleep apnea, allergies, hot flashes, stomach pains, joint pains, etc.  He had his appendix removed, many different tests of his stomach, and had been prescribed medications for high cholesterol, outdoor allergies, etc.  After driving me to the chiropractor one morning, he saw a sign in the office listing the symptoms of food allergies and was troubled that he almost had every symptom.  He made an appointment and within two weeks found out he was intolerant to gluten, eggs, dairy, among other things.

Now I'm not a doctor and am not suggesting that if you had random ailments that it is a food intolerance, but taking these foods out of my husband's diet made a huge difference.


  • NO arthritis symptoms - totally gone
  • NO outdoor allergy symptoms - totally gone
  • NO stomach pains
  • NO hot flashes
  • NO itchy ears, watery eyes
  • DRASTICALLY reduced snoring (yay!)
  • INCREASE of energy
He has been on this diet for about 3 full months now and has lost 35 points.  I have lost 25!!!!

The purpose of this blog is to share recipes, review products, and get support from other people who are going through the same thing.  As you can imagine, it is hard to cook and bake without traditional white flour, milk, or eggs.  If you know anyone with a food intolerance or allergy than you know how annoying grocery shopping can be, looking at each label and being shocked that these ingredients are almost in everything!  So please share your experiences, recommend products, and post recipes!  I hope you enjoy my blog!
